Frequently asked questions

Can I import my existing data?

Yes. If you have a backup file from another tool or a spreadsheet, you can import it when you first sign up or any time after. Device, order, and parts data all support import.

Does it sync across devices?

Yes. Your workspace is stored in the cloud and syncs to any device you log in on. The app is also offline-capable and will sync changes once you’re back online.

Can I add my team?

Multi-user workspaces are coming with the Pro and Team tiers. Today the Free tier supports a single user per workspace.

How does 2FA work?

You can enable time-based 2FA from your account settings using any standard authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy). Once enabled, you’ll be asked for a code at login.

What does it cost?

The Free tier is $0/month for a single user with full feature access. Pro ($12/mo) and Team ($29/mo) are not live yet — pricing may change before launch.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. When paid tiers go live there will be no lock-in contract — you can cancel from your account settings at any time. Free tier has nothing to cancel.

Where is my data stored?

Your data lives in a Postgres database hosted on Railway (US region). Connections are encrypted in transit with TLS.

Is this secure?

Passwords are hashed, all traffic is served over HTTPS, and 2FA is available for your account. We do not claim end-to-end encryption — the server can read workspace data in order to serve it back to you.
